The process
Working with meg
As a mother to three young children, I know how much effort and planning can go into even the simplest of tasks. With me as your photographer, I can help with everything from deciding the best time for your session, wardrobe planning, and selecting a location that speaks to you and your family.
Whether you are planning for your family photos or newborn portraits- my goal is to help make this process as easy and enjoyable as possible. From your very first inquiry to delivering your photos, my hope is that you are excited, comfortable and stress-free.

STEP 01

inquiry form
Interested in learning more about a session with me? Fill out the inquiry form under the contact tab. That way I'll know all the basic information about your desired session. I will then send you all the details about what a session with me is like and we can go from there!
STEP 02

chat & plan
Once you sign a contract and send your deposit, you will officially be booked for your desired date. We can chat about what you're envisioning for our time together. I will send you my extensive list of preferred, beautiful locations to choose from. I am also happy to plan out your families wardrobe with you.
STEP 03

session time
This is the fun part! I always try to get a handful of "everyone-looking-at-the-camera-and-smiling" photos but I mostly love capturing families just as they are. I'll give you lots of fun prompts and document all the little details that make your family unique. Our time together will be fun and we can create playful, authentic photos that tell the story of your individual family.
STEP 04

photo delivery
Your photos are delivered to you within 2 weeks from your session date. Full galleries are usually more than 100 photos. You will be able to download, save, and even print as many photos as you'd like via my online shop. My hope is that you love and cherish your photos for years and years to come.

FAQ
01. How far out should i book my newborn session?
I like to schedule them anywhere from 1-3 weeks after your due date. I suggest we put a date on the calendar before your baby is here. I only take a certain amount of newborn sessions each month, though, so we can be flexible. For example, if baby comes early and you want to move your session up, we totally can. Or if your session date is approaching and you don’t feel ready, we can move it back.

02. Do you travel outside of bucks county?

If you are located outside of Bucks or Montgomery County, there is a travel fee associated with the cost of your session. Feel free to inquire to learn more!

03. When do you suggest i get my maternity photos done?

I typically schedule maternity sessions anywhere from 28-34 weeks. It’s early enough that you’re not uncomfortable, and late enough that your bump can really shine.

04. what time of day do you shoot your sessions?

I usually do sessions with newborns in the mornings or when your home gets the most natural light. Outdoor sessions take place 1-2 hours before sunset.
